Main Responsibilities of a Waiter/Waitress:

• Taking orders and delivering food and beverages.
• Helping guests with menu recommendations.
• Providing exceptional customer experience.

Waiter/Waitress Job Description:

Our restaurant is seeking a Waiter/Waitress who can multitask food and beverage orders, provide excellent service, and treat guests with attentiveness, patience, and a positive attitude.

As a Waiter/Waitress at Topside Tavern, you will greet and seat guests, assist with menu recommendations, take and deliver orders, handle transactions, and ensure guest satisfaction by being friendly, courteous, and reliable.

• Greeting, seating, and escorting guests.
• Providing menu recommendations and additional information.
• Upselling additional products when appropriate.
• Checking ID's to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages.
• Taking orders and communicating with kitchen staff.
• Delivering food and beverages promptly.
• Handling bill payments and maintaining table cleanliness.
• Ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Waiter/Waitress Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to handle money transactions responsibly.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
