369 Management Dunkin' is looking for a guest-focused team player to join the team as a Crew Member. We are a local, family-owned franchise of Dunkin’, operating 14 locations in New Hampshire & Maine.

Pay Range $15.50-$17.00 + Tips

Schedule

Most working hours are while the store is closed to customers.
Flexible start times (4am or earlier)
Full & part-time opportunities are available.
Please let us know your weekly availability in your application.

Responsibilities

Prepping food and beverage for opening.
Merchandising the bakery cases to make them eye appealing.
Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and neat work environment.
Assist with customer service once store is open; processing orders on the register, cash handling, following brand standards and recipes.
Additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

A naturally positive person who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal communication.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
This is a hands-on position; candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift to 50lbs.

Requirements

* Must be able to fluently speak/read English
* Capable of counting money and making change
* Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
* Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
