SOFTWARE ENGINEER - CARLISLE, PA

Under a newly awarded contract under the Army War Command (AWC) in Carlisle, PA, we're seeking a mid-level experienced Software Developer for a key permanent mission support job opening of ours. Hybrid work arrangement with option to work remote, from home, two days per week.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Secret Security Clearance issued by the Federal Government
• 3 years of related software development experience
• Must possess an IAT level II certification, preferred Security +, but other qualifying certs are CompTIA CySA+, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED; AA or Technical Degree preferred with BS highly desirable

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and T-SQL.
• Knowledge of Ansible, Fixinator, Builder, and Selenium for automated testing.
• AWS product knowledge is a plus.
• Development experience in Visual Studio IDE.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines and Git is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Planning, designing, and deploying web pages
•Utilize proficiency in web page development and the design of related software applications
•Apply content management techniques such as ColdFusion Application Server and MS Internet Information Server.
•Design in .net, SharePoint Online, Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
•Utilize emerging technologies such as Angular JS, React, Google Analytics
•Secure all aspects of web pages
