Smartsheet Admin and Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Smartsheet professional to join our team as a Smartsheet Admin and Integration Specialist. This role will be crucial in managing, customizing, and optimizing our Smartsheet environment, while also supporting Azure DevOps (ADO) integration and potentially assisting with governance and financial admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Smartsheet Administrator, overseeing architecture, integration, and configuration
• Customize Smartsheet to meet specific organizational needs
• Collaborate with Smartsheet Professional Services to implement and enhance Intake processes and Capacity Management
• Manage and optimize Resource Manager within Smartsheet
• Integrate Smartsheet with Azure DevOps (ADO) and maintain this integration
• Provide expertise on Smartsheet capabilities, recommending and implementing changes as needed
• Focus on access management and ownership structures within Smartsheet
• Maintain and grow the Smartsheet environment, potentially collaborating with Smartsheet Professional Services
• Assist in developing and implementing governance around Smartsheet and ADO systems

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive knowledge of Smartsheet architecture, integration capabilities, and advanced features
• Experience with Smartsheet Resource Manager and capacity planning
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Strong understanding of system integrations and data flow between platforms
• Ability to analyze current processes and recommend improvements based on platform capabilities
• Experience in implementing and managing access controls and ownership structures
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and external services

Preferred Qualifications:

• Smartsheet Product Certified or Smartsheet Solution Certified
• Experience with financial admin tasks in project management contexts
• Background in developing and implementing IT governance frameworks
• Familiarity with project intake processes and capacity management best practices
