Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Provisioner to analyze, coordinate and develop the Provisioning logistical functions for UH-60 Helicopter. This position is located at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office. Start time daily is 0730.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a Senior Provisioner in support of the UH-60V Program.
  • Develops technical data which is the source of provisioning, Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL) and other equipment publications and maintenance programs.
  • Evaluates Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and publications change requests for impact to maintenance concepts/philosophies.
  • Has the technical responsibility to develop, revise, and maintain data for maintenance publications.
  • Investigates and furnishes replies to DA Form 2028s and other related correspondence.
  • Responsible for all initial and follow on provisioning of new and established items, to include assistance and service to supply personnel, relative to interchangeability and substitutability of parts.
  • Reviews, evaluates, accepts and/or rejects the provisioning data from OEM and contractors.
  • Verifies provisioning data at contractor/government sites to ensure adequacy of technical contents.
  • Investigates, analyzes and takes action to correct equipment deficiencies reported by equipment users.
  • Knowledgeable of equipment requirements, policies, and procedures as they pertain to assigned system or subsystem requirements.
  • Provide recommendations on equipment to be use to perform maintenance task and provide recommendations on the total number of labor hours and skill set it would take to perform tasks during validations and verifications.
  • Provides support documentation i.e.: Military Specification, State of Works (SOW), Military HandBook, or Performance Specifications when guidance/recommendations are made as justification for the scheduled changes.
  • Participate in the validation and/or verification process of Modification Work Orders (MWO) and Technical Manual (TMs) and participate in Guidance Conferences, In Progress Reviews (IPR), Maintenance Concept meetings and program management reviews.
  • Produce and develop LSA-030 and LSA-036 Reports and other functions for assigned equipment.
  • Interfaces with PowerLOG-J and defense integrated data systems activities to assure processing of National Stock Number (NSN) requests and related maintenance activities associated with item identification and compatibility.
  • Reviews, evaluates, accepts and/or rejects the provisioning data and maintenance

Qualification:

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of experience; or a High School Diploma with 11 years of experience.
  • Working knowledge of GEIA-STD-0007A/B, AMCP 700-25, DA PAM 738-751
  • Proficiency in utilizing LMP, PowerLog-J, WebFLIS, and FedLog applications.
  • Ability to comply with Statements of Work (SOW), schedules, and unique Army program procedures/requirements.
  • Working knowledge of provisioning data elements required by AMCOM and CECOM.
  • Ability to interpret source data (Engineering Drawings, Change notices) and their applicability to the helicopter systems configuration. To include:
    • Recommending changes
    • Coordinating changes
    • Status accounting/Configuration Control

  • Capacity to perform reviews, updates and additions of the provisioning file both internal and with the Government.
  • Adaptability as a “Team Member” among ILS, Technical Manuals and Provisioning personnel between the Government and Subcontractor(s).
  • Knowledge of and interaction between Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL) in development of associated documentation.
  • Conduct Provisioning Guidance Conferences, table top reviews, validations and, verifications.
  • Ability to utilize current Army IETM/IADS applications
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and deportment.
  • Must hold an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Benefits & Compensation:
