Sierra Motors has been in business since 2001, and we are hiring Sales & Leasing Consultants to join our Jamestown location. No experience necessary we will train potential candidates. • Present vehicle features, model options, purchase and finance options, and store services to customers
• Facilitate customer test drives
• Ensure customers understand the vehicle's operating features and warranty
• Communicate effectively in-person and over the phone to discover the customer’s wants and needs
• Provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience
• Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers
• Maintains high CSI (Customer Service Index) a MUST
• Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories
• Build and maintain current sales pricing and manufacturer promotions
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of store showroom and vehicle lot
• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
