Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
• Assist with project management and coordinate with other team members
• Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls
• Conduct research and compile data as needed
• Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing office organization

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
