Job Description

Casper, Wyoming is searching for a full time Practice Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a free-standing medical practice environment. The practice manager will provide oversight of the administrative, fiscal, and personnel functions of the facility to ensure patient care is provided in an efficient and productive manner. You will be responsible for ensuring the practice remains fiscally viable and maintains an excellent relationship within the community. The Practice Administrator directs the overall operation of the facility and supports recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of staff within the facility.

Compensation and Benefits : Salary $115,000 - $130,000 plus full benefits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a free-standing medical practice environment preferred.
• Knowledge of accreditation and certification requirements.
