Known for handling high-profile, complex litigation, the firm serves both public and private sector clients, with a focus on constitutional law, civil rights, wildfire litigation, and eminent domain. Their Trial & Litigation Practice Group manages cases from initial pleadings through trial and appeal in both state and federal courts.

Job Description:

As a Litigation Attorney, you will handle all phases of litigation, including:

• Managing cases from initial pleadings through discovery, motions, trial, and appeals.
  
• Working on complex cases involving constitutional law, civil rights, eminent domain, and other areas.
  
• Developing litigation strategies and drafting persuasive legal arguments.
  
• Managing electronic discovery and conducting law and motion practice in state and federal courts.
  
• Developing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and conducting/defending depositions.
  
• Preparing cases for trial, particularly in high-stakes and large-scale litigation.
  

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of litigation experience, ideally involving complex case management.
  
• Strong research and writing skills with a proven ability to draft clear legal arguments.
  
• Experience with federal and state court litigation, including dispositive motions.
  
• Familiarity with electronic discovery and deposition practice.
  
• Experience in eminent domain or real estate law is a plus, but not required.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
