Due to the growth, Paragon Staffing, LLC is looking for quality Injection molding technicians to join our team! We take the stress and trouble away from finding each individual the right employment opportunity!

Responsibilities/duties:

• Responsible for running stretch blow molding machines.
• Responsible for bringing machine up from a cold condition to a full production operation ensuring the container meets quality specifications.
• Responsible for keeping up resin loading and watching dryers on machines.
• Load and clean between color changes in mold machines.
• Audits and records process changes to help maintain the highest level of efficient operation.
• Maintain process control books/sheets in an organized manner.
• Performs hourly bottle weight checks to insure we are at correct weight.
• Responsible for quality checks and machine adjustments and associated documentation of those changes.
• Responsible for daily production records and quality control records for all lines assigned to operate.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Experience with plastic packaging machines and injection molding machines and blow molding machines (Required)
• Must have heavy equipment manufacturing plant experience. (REQUIRED)
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $27 per hour

Schedule :
6AM-6PM (1st shift)
6PM -6AM (3rd shift)
(rotating schedule) (must be able to work on weekends)

Experience:

• 2 years of Injection molding operations (required)
• 2 years of Manufacturing (Required)

Work Location: Monroe, New Jersey (In person)
