HVAC Sales Representative. Your role will be building strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, communicating recommendations, and selling heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality products.

- Compensation: Paid training $800 a week. After training this position is 100% commission with earning potential $75k-$150K per year.
Required Qualifications: - HS graduate (associate degree or technical school certificate in HVAC preferred)
- Proven sales history (minimum 1 year of outside sales experience preferred)
- The personality to come in, be positive and hustle daily.
- Excellent communicator with internal and external customers
- Motivated, self starter, energetic and personal drive is a must.
- Ability to quickly create rapport with customers and thrive in a fast pace environment.
- High energy individual who demonstrates confidence, accountability, and professionalism
- Must be coachable and willing to learn new things
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Essential Job Functions: - Sell HVAC systems to new and existing customers by building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Build and develop long term relationships with customers
- Conduct sales visits offering residential services and emphasizing or recommending services based on knowledge of customer needs.
- Educate customers on best replacement options for aging, inefficient, or under-performing systems.
- Communicate effectively between co-workers, vendors, and clients.
- Participate in training and ongoing education.
