Job Description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for clients? We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team in the e-commerce industry . This role focuses solely on providing support via email and chat , allowing you to engage with customers and address their inquiries in a meaningful way. The position follows a hybrid work model , requiring you to be on-site in our Qormi office for 2 days a week while working remotely for the remaining 3 days .

We welcome candidates from abroad and offer a comprehensive relocation package that includes flight tickets to Malta and accommodation to help you settle into your new home. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but we are open to candidates who demonstrate a strong customer-centric attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer support via email and chat : Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information regarding products, services, and order statuses.
  • Issue resolution : Identify and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining company policies.
  • Product knowledge : Develop a thorough understanding of our e-commerce platform, products, and services to provide informed support to customers.
  • Feedback and improvements : Gather customer feedback and report common issues or suggestions to relevant teams to help improve products and services.
  • Collaboration with internal teams : Work closely with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to resolve customer inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Documentation and reporting : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the company’s CRM system, ensuring that all communications are documented appropriately.

Your Profile :

  • Fluent in German : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German are essential for effective customer interactions.
  • Good command of English : Proficiency in English is necessary for internal communication and collaboration with the team.
  • Customer-oriented mindset : A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a desire to help others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills : Ability to assess situations quickly and provide effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Team player : Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adaptability and flexibility : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes as needed.
  • Prior experience is a plus : Previous experience in customer service, especially within the e-commerce industry, is an advantage but not required.
