About the Role:

As an Entry Level Account Manager , you will leverage your customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You'll assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns, ensuring clients and donors receive exceptional support. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and flexibility to work some evenings and weekends for events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Event Planning: Assist in creating detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and promotional activities.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients and internal teams.
• Professional Communication: Ensure all client communications are timely, professional, and aligned with our company’s values.
