Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Employee Experience Coordinator to join our People & Culture (HR) team at our Atlanta office. This entry- to mid-level position is designed for an individual who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace environment and enhancing the overall employee experience. As the Employee Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day office operations and supporting HR functions. You will be the go-to person for ensuring our office runs smoothly and our employees are engaged, motivated, and well-supported.
This role requires a minimum of 3 days in-office per week.
What You'll Do - Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment.
- Act as the "first face" of the company, greeting and assisting guests, clients, and employees.
- Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
- Organize a variety of events and activities, including catered monthly Town Halls.
- Develop creative solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Assist the HR team with various aspects of the employment process, including recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
- Research DEI strategies to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to assist with ad hoc projects and other duties as needed.
- Build relationships with employees of all levels while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
- Manage packages, deliveries, and inbound/outbound US mail to ensure efficiency and responsiveness.
- Track and maintain office budgets, meeting regularly with stakeholders to allow for proper forecasting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to employee experience and engagement.
What You'll Bring - 2-4 years of experience in office management, HR, or a related role.
- Experience in a start-up or tech environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
