We are currently hiring a Drain Technician to join our team!
Offering competitive base hourly wages, $20-25/hour,
up to an additional $10 an hour in incentives is possible.

What You’ll Do:
The Drain Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential drain systems and leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

 

• Complete all drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work related to in-home, service calls
• Provide camera and locate service for mainline stoppage within 24 hours of the report
• Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
• Educate and assist customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement
• Help customers select the right maintenance plan and understand warranty information
• Explain reasons for blockage and illustrate how you will resolve the issue
• Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business
• Protect drain cleaning and camera equipment and keep a well-inventoried truck
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets

Requirements:

• Clean, safe driving record.
• Experience with sewer and drain systems would be helpful but not required. 
• Personable and professional with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• High integrity.
• Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
