Job Description

$80,000 - $120,000+ a year. Hourly + highest commissions in the industry + Bonuses and incentives.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Receive dispatch notifications to jobs, write estimates, and convert sold estimates to invoices all on a company-provided iPad.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace all plumbing issues promptly
• Water heater repairs & installations. Clogged drains (must know how to use all cable machines), pipe repairs, garbage disposals, toilet replacement & repairs, sink repair & replacement, crawl space & under home repairs, excavation, and sewer mainline repairs
• Provide multiple options to customers in the form of "Good, Better, Best"
• Provide a clear explanation of the diagnosis and proper solution

Requirements

• 2 or more years of residential plumbing experience is preferred
• Experience with water heaters and sewer repair and/or replacement
• MUST have a valid California driver’s license & clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to work weekends and (1) on-call night shift per week
