We have an immediate need for a part-time, non-exempt Career Readiness Specialist . As a member of the Middle School and Teens department, the Career Readiness Specialist develops and implements comprehensive career preparation programming for girls entering Grades 9-12. The rate for this position is $20.38 per hour for 20.0 hours per week. As a part-time role, the Career Readiness Specialist will be eligible for some of the paid time off benefits.
POSITION OVERVIEW (What we're looking for )
Reporting to the Project Accelerate Supervisor, the Career Readiness Specialist is based at the Lynn office. This role will provide onsite support to fulfill diverse duties, including facilitating workshops, career panels, field trips, job shadows, and internships.

At a minimum, the Career Readiness Specialist will be responsible for successfully carrying out the following essential functions and duties:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (What you'll bring along)
Education : Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. College students are encouraged to apply, as the educational requirement may be substituted with four years of relevant experience.
Experience : Minimum of two years of related experience working with adolescents is strongly desired.
