Administrative Personal Assistant to the CEO/Owner

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $37,500-45,000 +/- commiserate with experience

Description:

The Personal Assistant is responsible for assisting Sr. Management with a wide variety of tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Type, format, and edit reports, legal documents, and presentations.
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel, and showing arrangements.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining a calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Preparing contracts, amendments, and other paperwork for real estate transactions.
  • Finding and tracking sales leads. researching property and other prospecting duties.
  • Any other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Exceptionally detailed and organized.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Advanced note taking, typing, and record-keeping.
  • Ability to be flexible.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.


Education / experience .

  • College degree or 3+ years of administrative experience.
